- Radhika is the Founder/Director of Samvaad Therapy Centers and Samvaad Institute of Speech & Hearing.
- She is a Speech Language Pathologist and US Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 30 years of experience.
- Areas of expertise include clients with stammering, aphasia, clarity issues in speech, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and behavior problems.
- Pursued a Master’s to become India’s first speech-language pathologist with a dual degree in speech pathology and behavior analysis.
- Trained Speech Pathology students and mentored them in ABA, contributing to spreading awareness of ABA.
- Organized the first conference on ABA in Bangalore in 2008, leading to Bangalore having the most number of Behavior Analysts in India.
