Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Neuro Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with a specialization in Neurology and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in neurorehabilitation for adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ functional abilities and establish rehabilitation goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to coordinate holistic care for patients.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with a specialization in Neurology (MPT Neurology).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in neuro-rehabilitation for adults.
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in India.
- Strong knowledge of neurological conditions and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
